Got there at 4:50 yesterday. Ordered snack pack to go. 2 employees were there. One left and took her food with her. I waited about 15 minutes and the other lady asked if I didn’t get my order. She then got the order for me. Food looked good but the taste was bizarre. It tasted as if the chicken and fries had been liberally sprinkled with sugar. Is that normal for the Chicken Guy? I couldn’t eat it because it was so sweet.

Ok. It’s been open a few months now so I finally got around to trying it. The French fries were excellent!!!! They were hot a seasoned perfectly. The chicken fingers? Mid at best. I guess I was expecting more than a piece of chicken dredged in bread crumbs. The “Special Sauce” could use a little work. It’s mustard, ketchup, mayo and pickle juice. Dude at the counter was nice and friendly. My food was ready in a respectful amount of time. The restaurant has the chairs that everybody hates. Don’t expect to be comfortable while you sit and eat.

Every employee was extremely knowledgeable on all the options, very helpful in suggestions and service. Also, all our four of our meals were impressively cooked and prepared!! Will definitely be back!

Had a fantastic experience both times that I have been there. Food is delicious and would highly recommend you try it. Their breading is different than anything you’ve ever had, It is very delicious and crunchy! Service was always with a smile and everyone was always so helpful especially Tiffany and Alex!

Great spot! Really good food. Heavily recommend the dumplings and a shake, they were both delicious. Just take note when you visit, it's gonna be a long wait and it's busy because it's new. Don't give them grief over stuff they can't help. Everyone I saw was working their butts off and really kind folk.
