I visited for dinner on a Friday night with my parents. We made a reservation and got in just fine! There was a slight wait despite the reservation but my oh my the food & the service was absolutely exceptional!! Natalie was our server & she was an absolute doll. Her service exceeded our expectations and most importantly had the BEST personality!! She most definitely was the factor behind this review!

I came here for my birthday and had the best experience! They make THE best dirty martini in town! They treated my friends and I so well, the service was exceptional. Julian, our waiter, was very attentive to my food allergies. I am beyond thrilled that I could have a slice of cake for my birthday! Usually I can only choose between fruit or gelato at restaurants because of my dairy allergy and the vegan pistachio cheesecake is to die for! This was probably the main reason (besides the incredible seafood) that I chose Catch because I wanted a proper birthday slice of cake! :)

I had such a great experience at Catch! Justin asked if I’d be open to letting him curate the menu for me, and I couldn’t have been happier that I said yes. Everything was delicious, but the tuna pizza and crispy shrimp were definitely my favorites.

Tony took wonderful care of me throughout the evening. He was attentive without hovering, and Brian even surprised me with an amuse-bouche, which was such a nice touch.

From the food to the service, it was just a fantastic night. If you’re visiting Scottsdale and looking for a great dinner experience, Catch is absolutely worth a visit. I’ll definitely be back!

Had an amazing experience at Catch Scottsdale! We ordered the Crispy shrimp, Sushi Boat, and the Wagyu Fried Rice, and everything was outstanding. The sushi was incredibly fresh and prepared to perfection, and the Wagyu Fried Rice was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor.

The drinks were another highlight—strong, flavorful, and expertly made. The atmosphere and service made the evening even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

My wife surprised me with a reservation here for my birthday. We had a wonderful time and everything was absolutely exquisite.

One of the best crudos I have ever had, and the sushi was a hit with everyone. Especially the crunch roll with the miso honey brûlée glaze done table side. We tried just about every cocktail between all of the adults at the table and enjoyed every single one.

I will say the ribeye was a bit fatty, even by ribeye standards. Wonderful flavor, but a solid quarter of the steak was non-rendered fat. However, the whole branzino may be one of the best preparations I’ve ever had. There was lots of truffle oil usage, but it honestly added a nice umami and richness to many of the dishes.

My wife, who is not usually one to crave chocolate, absolutely loved the Klondike-style flourless torte cake dessert. And everyone agreed the salmon and tuna belly nigiri were absolute explosions of flavor with buttery texture.

Service was excellent, with Bryan taking great care of us while he was in training. We will definitely be making this a regular stop when we are in the area.

Do be cautious though; this is not a place to go with any sort of budget in mind. We spent well over $200 per person. If you were frugal, you might get out for $100ish.
