I’m from Michigan & have property in Ohio. Time for an oil change. I stopped in at express oil change. When I got there Braydon Ruzzles was my service guy. He was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I told him I was going back home to Michigan the next day. He made sure everything was done and I would be safe getting home. The rest of the crew were also very nice. Thank you Braydon and the crew for the 5 star service.
Sincerely,
Cheryl Jordan

Overall, my experience at this facility yesterday was quite satisfactory. I contacted them earlier in the day and was informed that I would need to wait, but an appointment for an alignment could be accommodated. I arrived at the scheduled time, and my vehicle was immediately taken into the service bay for the necessary work. They kindly offered me water while I waited. The staff demonstrated high professionalism, asking about my preferences regarding the camber and other vehicle specifications. Although their prices were somewhat higher than those of other providers, I would still recommend their services.

Jakey did such a good job changing my oil! He made sure my oil filter was nice and tight and cleaned out my drain plug hole like no other shop ever has! Such a gentle man! 10/10 recommend!

I had an outstanding experience, and I can’t recommend Allan D enough! From the moment I walked in, he made everything smooth and stress-free. He helped me get exactly what I needed quickly and efficiently, while taking the time to explain everything clearly so I felt confident in my decisions.

What really stood out was his positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I got the best possible price. It’s not often you come across someone so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful.

If you get the chance to work with Allan D, do it—you won’t be disappointed!
