9 3/4 Fencing knocked it out of the park! I had a decades old privacy fence with many rotten sections, missing boards, and some areas were leaning at a 45 degree angle. They took care of the complete demolition and removal of nearly 300 feet of fencing. I’d had bad luck finding anyone prior to even consider using cedar instead of pine for my new fence, but they had no qualms about it, and got me an extremely fair price for the lumber. The new fence is absolutely incredible, perfect spacing on every picket, and clean lines which follow the grade of the land. My yard guy said it’s in his top 5 fences he’s ever seen! They made some custom modifications which aren’t generally standard on privacy fences on my request, and even came back after I thought up a new custom modification weeks after it was all complete. Their communication and timeliness were perfect, always keeping me up to date on the shipping status of various lumber components, when they would arrive to work, or miss due to extreme weather. I’ve only gotten one fence now, but I would absolutely recommend 9 3/4 Fencing to anyone in the Charleston area if they want impeccable work, fair pricing, and great communication.

Outstanding Service & Magical Craftsmanship!
We couldn’t be happier with the work done by 9 3/4 Fencing Installation! From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly skilled. They transformed our corner lot property with a stunning, high-quality 6ft Charleston style fence that not only enhances security but also adds a touch of elegance to the space.
Attentive and excellent communication skills, Kelly assisted us efficiently with fence placement on our plot plan, arranged utility markings and once we had our HOA approval, was on property days later. We cannot say enough about the service and satisfaction with this amazing husband and wife team and crew.
Their attention to detail is second to none, ensuring every post was perfectly placed and every panel flawlessly aligned. Sturdy and easy open 10ft and 5ft gates. The team worked quickly without compromising quality, and they left everything spotless when the job was done.
If you are looking for top-notch fencing with exceptional customer service, look no further. 9 3/4 Fencing Installation truly delivers a magical experience! We highly recommend them! 5 stars and more!

Kelly and her team at 9 3/4 fencing were awesome from our first conversation to the quote, and all the way through our fence installation. We never felt lost or confused at any time, and the best part is, the end product succeeded our expectations. You couldn’t ask for a more caring company. I’d give them 10 stars if I could

They only care up until you hand them a check. They left our fence without post caps, which I understand is a cosmetic minor thing. But we paid for it and followed up for 3 months with no response and they never came back. We have a fence post loose and falling over, many boards that were not hammered all the way down sticking up, and nails sticking through all over the place that a child or dog could cut themselves open on. But don’t worry! The whole team had no problem showing up to the house to wait on my husband to return from the bank with the check. You’re scared you won’t be paid but could care less about the quality of work? Would not recommend, find another company.
