I've been taking my little Walnut here since we moved to the city around 6 months ago (started around when he was a little over 1yo) and could not be happier with how the daycare, pickup/dropoff, and walking services have been. My work schedule is variable and PupCulture has been a lifesaver to take care of Walnut when I'm not at home.

We have been doing daycare with occasional pickup (which has been seamless as I live right above the Pupculture) and walks since the summer and the whole team is always great to interact with and so caring to him. They're super understanding for the occasional last-minute request and are very consistent. They send the cutest pictures for walks/pickups/daycare. I'm very glad to have them.

This place is amazing!! Wonderful friendly staff who our dog Jack absolutely adores. They do such a good job taking care of him. It makes us feel comfortable knowing he’s happy when we are at work. And their grooming services are great too! Highly recommend.

Since moving to NYC in March, pupculture has become my dog Thor’s home away from home when I am away for the weekend! I appreciated how they had separate sleeping areas for the dogs that are basically rooms for the dogs, and not to mention the amazing photo updates I get. They’re very reasonably priced for the city and I absolutely recommend them. Thor also gets his grooms done after his boarding stays and always comes home properly deshedded and smelling great. He even came home with a bow tie today! Very happy to have found this gem on the west side.

I cannot recommend Pup Culture West 57th highly enough. My dog, Vesuvius, attends both daycare and boarding here, and the experience has been consistently excellent. The team is professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They provide thoughtful touches such as daily photo updates, which offer peace of mind while I’m away. The facility is also affordable, making it an outstanding value given the quality of care. Most importantly, Vesuvius loves it — he eagerly pulls toward the door whenever we’re nearby, excited to spend time playing with the other dogs. Pup Culture has been a wonderful find, and I recommend it wholeheartedly for daycare, boarding, and grooming services.

I love pup culture! They are so sweet to my crazy lil’ guy! It is so convenient to have a great place for day care, boarding and grooming in the neighborhood. Gizmo has had great experiences with all three services. Whenever we run into the pup culture team out in the wild Gizmo is SO excited to see them so I know he loves his time there. 🥰

WORST GROOMER IN NYC! Without my consent, they decided to SHAVE my Australian shepherd. A breed that cannot be shaved because they need their coat to protect them from the sun. They completely ruined my dog’s coat. (My dog’s coat was not tangled or needed any special care)
I would NEVER recommend to anyone to trust their dogs to this place.

I've been using PupCulture on West 57th for several years. The staff is friendly, professional and great with dogs (of course!). I have two dogs - Pippa and Millie that they regularly walk and occasionally feed depending on my schedule. They also do a fantastic job grooming Millie (and bathing my black lab Pippa).

I have been using Pup Culture for years and they take care of Pedro as if he’s theirs. They are very caring, responsive and attentive- walking Pedro multiple times throughout the day. Additionally for lodging they even provide email update with pictures that really give you a good level of comfort when traveling. Excellent staff and atmosphere - thank you all very much!
