Anshul made the process good after I had doubts because of my initial contact with the call center. I almost didnt do business here, Anshul saved the sale. It's clean, bright and all indoors. Looking forward to a good experience.

Thank you!

Robin was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. He made the account setup process quick and easy and took the time to show me around the facility. The building is clean, well-maintained, and gives you confidence that your belongings will be stored in a safe environment. Overall, a great experience and excellent customer service.

Great experience with Prime Storage. The facility is very clean, well-maintained, and has excellent access hours which makes it really convenient.

I also had the chance to observe the manager, Anshul, assisting a customer over the phone. He was extremely professional, patient, and took the time to clearly explain the policies without rushing. That level of customer service really stood out.

Overall, a very well-run facility. I would definitely use them again.
