I had a great experience with the team at public storage at 956 Queensway. I am extremely satisfy with the customer service of the team at Queensway facility and help I received from Salina and Kawish, including the promo price. Salina and Kawish they both are professional and very friendly, they answer all my questions I had as this is first time experience for me to use the storage space. They also showed me different units so I could make inform decision with regards to the size of the unit I needed. It is very important to me that the facility is very clean and well maintan. I highly recommend this location.

We connected with Gautam on the phone to inquire about the storage services and the promotions currently in place. He had excellent manners and communication style, he patiently answered our questions and invited us to go meet with him to compare a few units sizes. The facility at 921 Queensway E. is very well managed and maintained. We are extremely pleased with the quality of customer service we received from Gautam. Their promotional price could not be beat elsewhere.

Jenny was very helpful and explained how the promo worked. She showed us the different storage sizes so we would have an idea of the size we needed.
Eventhough we ended up not signing with them, Jenny was friendly and did a good job.
