The bank infrastructure is very outdated and doesn’t meet current banking needs. Especially their online banking services. If you set up bill payments. They actually write a check and takes forever to reach the payees. If you do a lot of online banking, this is very frustrating. The communication among their bank departments are awful. It takes days for them to clarify a simple online access issue. There are much better choices for banking needs, this bank is not one of them!
