I have been a local police officer and customer with Total Wireless, Paterson store, for the better part of 24 yrs. Not only has Mike (owner) been the most trustworthy person, his recommendations for phones and prices are unbeatable! I would not shop anywhere else !

Worst COMPANY to do business with, Stole my information and shared my account information, had to report them to THE FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION, if you don't speak Spanish they will talk in front of you in Spanish, when you go to the store with issues they ALWAYS ASK FOR YOUR PHONE, Unprofessional Practice why do they need your phone to fix a issue not pertaining to your phone, your not the Only one using your WIFI PASSWORD they share your info, They are NOT part of Verizon so don't try to complain to Verizon, I have them under investigation as of 5/1/26...🤬

I don't usually leave Google reviews, but the young lady kindly asked me to, so here it is. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided amazing service. The store was impeccably clean, and overall, everything went really well. I'm not accustomed to writing reviews, but I felt compelled to share my positive experience.
