Service was good but food is ehh. The pretzel was not fresh and kinda stiff but the from the center bites were really good. IN THEIR DEFENSE though I did come at like 8 pm so they were probably getting ready to close. But yk just a tad bit disappointed :(

Please don’t waste your time coming here. There is only one worker and she is beyond nasty. I tried to go in to get some pepperoni pretzels today (6/25/26), and the moment I walked in she yelled, “Are you ready to order?!”… When I said what I wanted she cut me off to say, “You have to wait.” No explanation or anything. I ended up leaving and then 20 minutes later came back to ask for the same thing, only for me to overhear her telling another customer to “Pay in cash only”. When I walked up to ask if they could take my card, she rolled her eyes and said “Obviously.” I informed her that she has a nasty attitude and left. If you can’t handle simple questions or daily interactions without being bitchy then one shouldn’t be working there. Don’t waste your time or your money at this Auntie Anne’s- clearly they are over working their employees to the point where interactions like the one I had occur. Waste of time.

As someone from Australia, I always look forward to coming to Auntie Anne’s. I have a dairy allergy and the team are always so kind and accommodating, they make me a fresh cinnamon pretzel separately and are really careful not to let it go near the butter. I really appreciate the extra care and great service. It makes such a difference and is one of the reasons I keep coming back, thank you!

Pictured in this review is what they call a classic cinnamon roll ($7.61 with tax), and what I call a cinnamon bun. It did not live up to my expectations because I have had better ones elsewhere. The white frosting on top had virtually no taste. The dough did not seem to have the right texture and was tasteless in areas where there was no cinnamon. I will not pay Auntie another visit.

Great quick bite at Times Square. A bit pricey I believe 1 cup of mini hot dogs is 7.99 however it is delicious.

Disadvantage is its tinny and there is always a line. And if you go later during the day there is a chance they won't have many products available.

Cups look small however they are quite filling.
