Had three events which required their assistance and all related to a bad toilet placement in an upstairs bathroom. They arrived and quickly diagnosed the source of the water issue and made the necessary cutouts to verify the proper origin. Then I had to file an insurance claim. Upon completion of the insurance claim, the bathtub shower controls are NOT a part of that type of claim so I called 1-800 Plumber + Air to come back in and properly place the correct controls onto the tub and shower and VALIDATED THE REPAIRS FROM THE INSURANCE CLAIM, which needed tightening and trimming for proper appearance and longevity!! So, very pleased with the efforts of this company throughout this entire process!!
They also replaced the condensate filter and cleaned up the appearance and operation of the pump and the various condensate lines from the on demand gas hot water heater to the sump pump. Excellent service, on time performance and superior knowledge! At this point, I won’t call anyone else for my plumbing needs!!!

Great experience! The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The repair was completed quickly and the area was left clean afterward. Pricing was fair and the customer service was excellent from start to finish.

I definitely recommend them and will use their services again in the future!
