Everything was fantastic. We had a backup, ended up being the cast iron main line.

I believe it was Brent, the owner who answered the phone. Easy to talk to, communicative.

They were able to get out quickly, snaked the line with a camera, showed me the video, explained what was going on.

When they came to do the repair work, my wife met them instead of me. She is never a fan of having strange men in the house when she is alone, but she said she felt very comfortable with the crew!

They were also great with communicating scheduling, explained the risk of rain delays for the outside work, etc.

Thank you guys!

I am formally reporting an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience with this company.

I had a confirmed appointment scheduled for 4:00 PM. However, the technician, Francis Munoz, did not arrive until after 9:00 PM — more than five hours late, without reasonable explanation or professional communication.

Upon arrival, he immediately demanded payment before performing any services. When I attempted to address the situation and discuss the appointment delay, his behavior became aggressive. He proceeded to shove me and then stormed out of my home. As a result of his conduct, I felt unsafe and was forced to contact law enforcement.

This behavior is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and deeply concerning. No customer should ever experience intimidation or physical aggression from someone representing a business.

Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to avoid using this company. Immediate action should be taken to address this matter to prevent similar incidents from happening to others.

Major leak....occurred at my home on Saturday. They referred a restoration company-Emergency Restoration Experts, LLC. The restoration company couldn't have anyone come out until the next day, thus, more water damage. Then the restoration company comes out on Sunday, spends 5 hours and takes their time ( thus, it is overtime or time and a half) Then they don't contact the plumber to come back and get the work done. It is left up to me. They work hand in hand together but, they can't contact the plumber with a severe leak? I have an 87 year old mother who has dementia. We can't use the bathroom or wash dishes, etc. Dangerous for my mother with her health. No sense of urgency to take care of the issue, only to tell me that they will not repair my issue because I was too upset. This is so unprofessional. I absolutely do not recommend this company! They are friends the Restoration company. Unbelievable!

Great experience. The guy has to dig trenches to put the indoor pipes underground in the basement. They were very professional and skilled. This was a remodel of a tiny bathroom into a big bathroom.
