I had to scramble to get transportation after the last company cancelled on me last minute. Mike was amazingly supportive and helpful over the phone. He reassured me that he would take care of everything and he DID. Excellent communication both over the phone and text. He makes himself available at all times and is ready to help.

I was picked up by Nano who was very courteous and welcoming. He drove very well and make sure that I was comfortable. He even pointed out some good taco spots on the way back!

After I was dropped off, I noticed that I had forgotten some items in the van (my own fault). All it took was one phone call and Sam was able to send Nano back out to drop off my items in no time flat.

I would highly recommend My Medical Ride for transport needs. The owners are the ones who answer the phones and schedule. Sam and Mike take great pride in their business and it shows through the professional and compassionate assistance of driver like Nano.

My driver, Sam, was fantastic, very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. After my hospital discharge, I had trouble with my wheelchair. Sam went above and beyond to fix the issue and get me safely home. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you!

Dear My Medical Ride, I wanted to thank you for taking me home last night, a long 4-hour ride, and on short notice, at that. Mike and Silvano picked me up at the San Francisco VA Hospital on time, and drove me to my home in Mendocino. They were very professional and saw to it that I was comfortable the entire trip, even going slow when I was a little queasy. We share a love of music and passed the time with blues, classic rock and oldies. I don't speak Spanish, but Silvano and I hit it off. Mike and I shared lots of stories. I recently had transportation from Lodi, California to San Francisco, California, and Mike was absolutely amazing. He arrived five minutes early for pickup, which immediately set a positive tone for the trip. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed for the long drive. Listening to him take calls and coordinate arrangements for other patients during the trip really showed me how dedicated he is. Mike provides top-tier customer service and clearly cares about making sure every patient is taken care of! He was also ready and waiting when my appointment ended, making the return trip smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this company, especially Mike. He truly made what could have been a stressful day feel easy and well taken care of!

When I called these guys I was in a little bit of a panic because I didn't know how fast I could get Mom to the emergency room of her choice because we live in San Mateo county and her hospital is in San Francisco county. Sam told me how everything works, what's going to happen, and I fully respect him and thank him for that... He talked me off the ledge, for sure! Hahaha when they arrived at the house, Sam & Pete were great! Professional without be too a-matter-of-fact and friendly without being too lackadaisical.

You got to remember they're just transport. They are non-emergency medical transport but they were very gentle with my 85 y/o mother knowing she was already in pain - everything went smoothly.

In the nicest most respectful way.... I really hope I don't have to use them again, but if I did I would absolutely call these guys without any hesitation.

We were in California for family vacation and have a full time wheelchair user. Our wheelchair vehicle was in the shop for the day and we had Mike take us to one of our adventures so we didn’t have to miss out while the wheelchair vehicle was in the shop. It was so slick and easy, he showed up 10 minutes early and was ready when we were. Smooth ride and he had everything needed to strap the wheelchair in and provide a safe ride. He was easy to get a hold of when we were finished and ready for the next drop off. Would use again if in the area.

My dear 90 year old dad has become immobile and has many lab, doctor visits, and imaging that needs to be done. I became anxious about how I was going to get him to his visits. Would my dad be there on time? Would he feel good getting to his visits? Would he be able to reach the 2nd floor of his doctors office?) I couldn't sleep well.
My daughter looked up medical transport services and found My Medical RideTransit Services, LLC with 5 star reviews.
As soon as I called, I felt relief. Their communication tone was respectful and compassionate. They listened to my needs for dad. They would get back to me quickly with any questions I had.
Oh, my gosh, they calculated their arrival time for my dad to reach his appointments on time. 2nd floor? No problem. Getting him there safely? No problem. They suggested a gurney because dad can't sit up in a wheelchair.
Mike and Sam went above and beyond letting dad take in a bit of sunshine for a few minutes because it felt so good on his face. They also played some music dad likes to sing to on the ride home. Dad was in heaven. Sam and Mike feel like family now.
This transit service is worth every penny and I plan to keep using them.
Ps. They even said we can use them to transport him for a special outing. What a wonderful suggestion. Sam and Mike, thank you for your genuine care.
