Ryan said he could get the oil change, tire rotation and state inspection all finished by 10am. They did a great job and I was out of there by 9:15. Very personable. Clean shop. And Ryan was a gentleman with his customers, of course, and his fellow employees- but also very kind to a lady delivery driver who barely spoke English. That showed a lot of character.

Had new brake pads, rotors, water pump and thermostat. While car repairs are just expensive I think it was reasonably priced. I got it back by the end of the day. Ryan is great! Gives you his full attention, answers all of your questions, called an Uber for me as soon as I walked in, very kind and professional. I give Ryan 5 stars!

I will forever bring my vehicles here. Any questions in have are always answered. They wont try to change out stuff thats not needed. They are 100% honest with what they find or do not find.

I’ve been using Jewell Automotive for years. While it’s not the cheapest mechanic in town I will say you get what you pay for. And when I leave there I feel confident that my issue is fixed and it always has been so far! They are very customer oriented and friendly, I can offer no higher endorsement!

I have been a long-time customer of Jewell Automotive, and the previous owner, Mike, along with his team, always took excellent care of my car. They were honest, dependable, and operated with the highest level of integrity. When I learned that Mike had retired, I was understandably hesitant to give the new owners a chance.

After praying about it and speaking with Ryan, I felt a sense of peace and confidence and I’m truly glad I did.

I recently brought my car in for routine maintenance, and the experience was wonderful. The work was done thoroughly, the pricing was honest, and every team member I interacted with was kind and professional. The service was also completed in a timely manner, which I truly appreciate.

Jewell Automotive will always be my mechanics of choice. I willingly drive all the way from Allen, Texas, because there is a proven track record of trust. I trusted Mike as a single mother, and I confidently trust the new team as well.

If i could give this place 10 stars I would! Power steering system on my G37 was going out. Ryan at the front desk was very nice and knowledgeable. Due to the whole power steering system needing to be replaced the price of the repair was hefty. Ryan and the service manager helped me out by providing a coupon and sealing gasket for a oil leak for no extra charge since it was an easy fix while they were already doing the power steering repair saving me about $400 with the coupon and the oil leak fix. Repairs took about a day but they provided a ride home and a ride back to shop. Highly recommend this shop for all your auto repair needs!!!

I really enjoyed my time here. I was able to call get information easily and make a next day appointment. The price makes sense to me and seems very reasonable. The service was great I took my car in the morning and had it back in a couple hours. Definitely planning on coming back !!!!!!

So I have been going to Jewell for the better part of two years now with multiple vechicles never once have I had a issue that we could not resolve. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and if a issue occurs again I will be back. 10/10! These guys are the best if you need anything electrical related! Ryan gave exceptional service and made sure I was safely transported to a hotel when I got stranded here over night. Got the car fixed up in a day and repaired for super reasonable price. Go visit them, they’re great!
