He is efficient. Professional. Very good with teenagers and smaller children. Answers any and all questions. We are very satisfied and will continue to go back for our yearly checks for glasses and contacts. The staff was also nice, helpful and accommodating.

Dr Ellis wasn't in, but the doctor filling in was really good. Did a thorough test and explained everything so well. Front desk and assistant were very friendly. Will go back every year.

I have been fortunate enough to have some of the best care in the world and I decided to go to Walmart (in Ft. Worth) today to get my eyes checked because I was disappointed in some of the experiences I have had in the past. Dr. JONES was delightful and extremely thorough with my eye exam and I felt confident that I will be well taken care of from not only him but his entire office staff. My husband (Who is a well educated and successful lawyer) had already told me how wonderful they were and so I finally went to find out for myself. If you have never tried the Walmart on Hulen I highly suggest you give it a try! Very impressive service! Plus the prices prices were much easier on my pocketbook!

This is the nicest office! Staff ladies are polite and efficient! Dr. Jones is very good at explaining everything so that you understand everything! He’s very patient but to the point! I like the convenience of walking next door to get my glasses and contact prescriptions immediately! Plus he gave me coupons and a sample!! Ten stars!!!

Staff explained things to me in a very understandable manner and Dr Jones did a great job explaining how the exam machinery works. I have never understood it before, but I do much better now. Totally pleasant and thorough examination.

I had a fantastic experience at the Vision Center at Walmart. The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing.
They had a great selection of frames at very reasonable prices, and the team helped me find the perfect pair for my needs. My glasses were ready quickly, and the quality is excellent.
Overall, this was one of the best eye care experiences I’ve had. Convenient, affordable, and great customer service—I highly recommend this Vision Center!

Came in as a walk in and didn’t have to wait they got right with me. Dr Ellis was amazing, my eyes were to bad and isn’t of letting me purchase the glasses like most would he referred me to a specialist first then return after I received results . I really appreciated that from him. He was very patient and explained everything to me where I’d understand.

Dr. Jones was excellent! I have a very high prescription for my glasses, and every other optometrist I've been to has been all gloom and doom, but Dr. Jones was extremely positive about my vision's future! It was a nice change. I don't have vision insurance, and the $85 for a basic exam didn't break the bank. 10/10, would recommend to anyone needing their eyes checked.
