We came here when our dog had an injured leg and our usual vet was unavailable. I have since switched all of my animals to this office. They are wonderful with my pets! They follow up promptly and give options for care as to what needs to be done and what’s able to wait. Their office has couches and rugs (and cat towers!) in exam rooms, which has helped my pets feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

They handled my 106lb ball of energy Rottie with and the hubs and care lol I'm usually nervous bringing him to the vet since he gets so excited, but they were understanding and positive. Raja was happy and couldn't wait to see them again on our 2nd visit. Much love Hometown! Waiting rooms are super nice and comfy for both human and fur babies!

I've had multiple pets throughout my entire life and have never liked a veterinary office that I've gone to. They're never available when you need them the most, when your animal needs to be seen immediately, and they always want to "sell" you more services like you're somehow an unlimited income stream.
Until I finally found Hometown!!! I found them by calling around trying to get my dog in for a hurt paw and was turned away from all local vets until I called this wonderful place. They squeezed him in immediately and took great care of my buddy. Fast forward he got really sick and once again needed to be seen right away and rather than push me off on an emergency vet, they squeezed me in. They have always given the tests they feel are most effective at letting them know what's wrong and don't try to upsell me on anything I don't need. I don't feel like a walking dollar sign when I come here. We had to eventually put my beloved Curly down and the caring, compassion, and follow up were unbelievably wonderful.
They even gave us this awesome little gift that if you plant in your yard turns into beautiful wild flowers that come back every year to remember my buddy.
If you have ever struggled to find a vet or are sick of being nickel and dimed by your current vet. I highly recommend you take your beloved pet here. Thank you Hometown, Dr Eisenbart, and your entire team!

I was looking for a vet that understands how to treat/handle cats and was thrilled to find Hometown Vets in Orland Park. They have an exam room designed just for cats! Nissa the vet tech was so good, calm and gentle. Dr. Faun sat on the floor to examine my nervous cat! I was so impressed with the approach and understanding as well as the patience shown when treating my cat. Overall it was an excellent experience and we will be back!

We had a great experience at Hometown Veterinary! I was able to make an appointment online same day and check-in quickly. The staff are all super nice and the vet explained everything thoroughly and I felt gave very honest advice. The price was reasonable and comparable to our typical vet. The clinic is very clean and calming. I'd definitely recommend to others especially if you are looking to easily book an appointment same day. I was so worried about my dog Pumpkin and felt really relieved that they were able to see her so quickly and give such great care!

My baby girl, Ruby's eye was a discharge in the inner corner of the eye.. We made an appointment and they got us in the same day! So friendly, caring and clean! They had a cat room with a cat tree and treats to keep her comfortable. She always so scared she put herself in the corner... when they examined her they were so sweet with her and she was very comfortable with them. They gave her eyes drops and even called and checked on her her the next morning! Ruby's eye looks better already! Thanks Doc!!!

I had such a wonderful experience at Hometown Veterinary Partners. The prices were very reasonable, and the entire staff was so compassionate and gentle with my cat. They took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and truly cared about my pet’s comfort. The veterinarian was especially kind, patient, and incredibly caring — you can tell she really loves what she does. I left feeling grateful and completely at ease. Highly recommend!

Both Kait and Dr. Ortiz were wonderful and very attentive to my questions about the health and care of our cat. Dr. Ortiz is a wealth of knowledge and Kate was very gentle with handling our cat during the exam and trimming her nails. The vet office is new, clean, comfortable and has spaces to manage multiple animal appointments at once. I highly recommend taking your pet to Hometown Vet Partners!

Katie and Dr E were amazing. They work well together. I was able to bring in my cat (new to them) on a Saturday and have her issue resolved. I didn't hear "we're full", or "go to Urgent care" (and pay an additional $288 ER fee because my usually vet didn't have any openings) or "it's a female cat- this isn't considered an emergency". I heard Katie say "we have an opening at 12:30 - will that work?" The exam rooms are welcoming - they even have a cat tree where the top carpeted ledge swivels towards the doctor so cats has something to claw/grab on to. They provided an itemized bill for care before every procedure, unlike usual vet that surprises you with the final amount at the end. I definitely recommend Hometown Veterinary Partners.

Very happy overall with my Freddy’s first exam visit at Hometown. Dr Ortiz was very thorough, gentle and explained everything with detail. Lab results came back super fast and also with a thorough explanation of what everything meant. The Tech Stephanie was amazing, very knowledgeable and sweet. I was there on time and so were they. No wait, and more importantly, I was able to sit in on my baby’s exam to ask questions and let them know my concerns. This is the right way to provide health care. This is the only place I will bringing my boy to from now on.

If you want your pet to have excellent care, take them to Hometown Veterinary Orland Park! My dog feels comfortable and is always welcomed by all the staff. Dr. Ortiz is our primary and she is extremely knowledgeable and has a great rapport with my dog. I highly recommend!

If I could give ten stars I would. My brother and I took our cat, Cali, here today (4/5/25) and we were incredibly nervous. This was our first time taking her to a vet and we had no idea how she would behave. I wanted her to receive the best possible care. I did my research, found Hometown Veterinary Partners…and wow. I made the right choice. The staff is incredibly nice, the facility is clean, the atmosphere is welcoming & well decorated. As for Dr. Ortiz well she was amazing. Very funny, knowledgeable and overall the right choice to become our new go to veterinarian. She walked us through how to clip our cats nails (we’re first time cat owners so everything is new territory to us), vaccines, and any questions we had. The vet tech, whose name I did not get but I think might’ve been Tyler/Taylor, was also very knowledgeable, funny, and sweet to our girl Cali.
We left and discussed how nice of a visit we had both the first time and second round(as Cali got sick in the car and we had to take her back)

Genuinely I couldn’t recommend this vet more :)
