I took my girl in for the first time, and the staff was prompt and attentive. Stephanie was so kind and gentle with my dog, doing the full exam on the floor with her. The rooms are great for pet parents too, with a comfy couch to sit on, with or without your pet. Will definitely be back!

Highly recommend! We haves bully bread and they were so loving and caring! Took the time to explain everything they were doing and what our baby needed! Exam rooms were so clean and made you feel like you were sitting in a living room not a vet office!

Today Dr. Wojack saw my rabbit, Sammy. Dr. Wojack was very kind and caring to Sammy, who is very nervous at the vet. Her exam was thorough and I could tell she cared about my bun! This vet is affordable for high quality care. We were able to get Sammy’s nail trimmed in addition to the wellness visit. Will be coming back!

Our dog had been battling an illness for the past 10 months. One Saturday morning, we woke to find her in significant distress and knew she needed immediate care. With our regular veterinarian closed, I searched for nearby clinics that were open and found Hometown Veterinary Partners in Champlin. They answered our call promptly and were able to see us within 15 minutes.

Upon arrival, we were checked in quickly, and the veterinarian saw us shortly thereafter. She conducted an efficient assessment and communicated her professional opinion with clarity, outlining the most appropriate next steps. Sadly, it became clear that our beloved Mia was beyond help.

The team then guided us to a private room where we could say goodbye. They allowed us all the time we needed, and the space was thoughtfully arranged so we could be with her in a peaceful setting. Throughout the entire experience, the staff demonstrated exceptional compassion, professionalism, and grace during an incredibly difficult moment.

I am deeply grateful for the care we received—their responsiveness, thoughtful approach, and the kindness with which they delivered such difficult news. I would not hesitate to return to this clinic in the future and highly recommend them to others.

Thank you to the veterinarian and the entire team for your empathy, expertise, and support during such a heartbreaking time.

Dr. Cerulli is the most thorough and helpful vet I have had the pleasure of meeting over the 20+ years I’ve been receiving vet care. I adopted a cat at the end of October who was having issues with blood in his urine. The vet I was previously going to had suggested $900 in tests and bloodwork, I’m sure it would’ve been another $200 of medication on top of that. I left Hometown with meds, a very thorough visit and spent under $250. She did not suggest any ridiculous tests or ultrasounds. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a cat and both the doctor and vet tech who helped me offered many helpful suggestions. I have three dogs that are not due yet for any exams or vaccinations, but look forward to switching them over to Hometown and Dr. Cerulli in 2026 when they come due. I’m so glad I can tell my previous Vet to kick rocks! I had no idea they were robbing me blind for years! I could not recommend this Vet enough. It also helps that it is only five minutes from my house.

Our pup, Leela, does not do well at the vet and has always needed to be sedated, even after the chill dog protocol cocktail. This was our first time at this vet for her yearly checkup and they were amazing! We were looking for a vet that would work with her temperament instead of just doing it "their way". They were open to my feedback on what works for her. They moved slowly and calmly to keep her comfortable. We were able to get everything done in the room unlike the other vet, and she didn't need to be put under! They are very caring and we look forward to working with them in the future!

Highly recommend! On a holiday week they were able to accommodate us quickly! They made us feel very welcome and friendly. East Coast Dr. Katie was very fun to talk too,knowledgeable and thorough. The only vet I've known to be open on Saturdays too!! We are excited to become a member of their family and will make them our Hometown Vet.

The Champlin location has been caring for our puppy and older dog for 3 months and have been fabulous. Greeting our pets with names and friendly voices. They are always informative and have answered my many questions at every appointment and even when I brought my puppy in just to be weighed to get her flea and tick prevention pill. Always willing to help.

Had a sick dog on Saturday (unsure how sick) and it was so nice to have an option for urgent care on the weekend. They got us in right away and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Everyone was very friendly and very transparent about options and pricing. Had a re-check a couple days later and had the same experience. Considering making this our primary clinic 🙌🏽
