Terry worked with me to sell a house. She was professional, personable, and exceptionally committed to making the entire process easy and comfortable. I have sold/bought multiple properties and, therefore, have met and dealt with many agents, I can confidently say that Terry is exceptional. Terry willingly took on anything necessary to sell the house and she went well beyond what most agents do. She seemed committed to supporting her clients. As I live hours away from the house being sold, Terry was instrumental in making the entire process easy and stress free. Terry is an amazing person and realtor. I found her randomly while looking for house in Chatham
And she has done nothing but go above and beyond for my family. Not only did she help us find our dream home , she has helped us find everything we need and has offered so much of her time to us even after the sale . I found my experience with Terry Chauvan to be most rewarding. She came with the most enthusiastic approach to selling my property right from the get-go.
She never let me get discouraged on the length of time it was taking to sell or the price I was asking. Her upbeat attitude serves her well in her chosen field to be a real estate agent.
Once my place sold, Terry helped me dispose of a lot of things I didn't want to take with me. She was indescribably helpful! I can't say enough favourable things about her.
