I was visiting family that lives here and went into the office with them while they had a few questions. Everyone was so nice and easy to talk to. Jenna (the one with the glasses), Nicole (with the dark brown hair), and one of the maintenance guys, I think his name was John, were all really friendly.

They showed us some of the projects they’re working on around the property and explained that they recently changed management companies. It was nice seeing how much they care about improving the community and keeping residents informed.

Even though I don’t live here, everyone made me feel welcome. The property looked well taken care of, and the staff seemed like they genuinely enjoy helping people. If I ever moved to Florida, I would definitely consider living here. It also makes me feel good knowing my family lives somewhere with people who care.

First off we absolutely love and value Jenna. She has made moving in so easy and she listens to any concern we have and takes care of them. We also got to meet the new manager Nicole who was lovely too and also helped us to understand the future plans of our community. It’s nice seeing there are people working here who actually care and want to better it! Thank you girls!

I have lived at this apartment complex for almost three years now and I can truly say that the new owners that took over the last 6 months have been incredible! It seems like they actually care to help out. My partner and I had been having issues with our AC for the last two summers because it was so old and the last owners didn’t do much about it. We put in a request about it a month ago and within 2 weeks they replaced our whole AC unit, it’s been amazing!! Thank you so much to Kevin and Joe for making this happen! The new owners have also put in fresh sidewalks in areas that were needed and now they are putting in a wash station at the dog park. Thank you so much for making Aspire a great place to live☺️

To be honest, this place would be much better if parking were properly managed. There are multiple vehicles parked in regular spots without permits, which is unfair to residents who follow the rules. Hard-working residents are being forced to park far away and walk long distances to their own homes because guests are not using designated visitor parking. This issue needs to be addressed immediately. Please implement a clear and effective solution to enforce parking rules and prevent this from continuing.

Huge props to the front office. Over the past few weeks we’ve been switching to a new portal, and I personally had a lot of issues, but they always made sure everything was taken care of. I can’t even imagine how many people they helped during that time.

I really love this community and the office staff. Everyone here is friendly, maintenance is always quick, and the team does a great job keeping residents informed when something comes up. I’m proud to call Aspire at Gateway my home.
