I’ve had a pretty horrible experience purchasing a GTC4 Lusso from here. I trusted the sales team for the inspection, my sales guy quit right after my car was delivered and no one else at the dealership would help me.

One of the issues was I only received 1 fob initially and was promised they would get me a second one, still haven’t followed through a year later. The manager Jonathan was helping me after my sales guy quit and he’s since stopped responding to me.

UPDATE: It’s been an extra month and some since my last post and I am still going back and forth with this dealership to get a tracking number and timeline for my final refund… make it make sense. One star isn’t deserved. 0 stars if I could change that. Again you’re better off going a different dealership. Save yourself the headache and chasing for answers. Communication is useless here

Horrible finance service to say the least! I’ve been trying to obtain my service warranty contract refunds for the past 8 weeks with no success. They don’t seem to follow through with ensuring their clients get their refunds in a timely manner. I literally had to call for a week just to get a response that they do not know why I haven’t received my refund after initial request for a refund 8 weeks ago. Mind you, it wasn’t an issue when I put down a total of $70k down payment for the vehicle. But now proving an issue when I need m warranty contract refunded. If I don’t hear back from someone in charge that can provide an acceptable resolution, then I plan on going in person and hold whoever is accountable for this horrible service experience. I wouldn’t recommend getting any extended warranty service from this location. You’re better off going a different route/company.

Driving in from across state lines after buying another commercial truck to add to the fleet of moving trucks and decided to stop by and see what’s new in inventory. My son and I were greeted by an old bald black guy, must be one of the sales people on the Lamborghini side, adamant and yelling about parking and re-parking a truck elsewhere. This was Monday mid-afternoon, not at all busy but sales guy decided to make a scene about where and how to park. Needless to say, the place did not want to do business. We walked over to the Ferrari side and were greeted with a little more respect. But the first impression, is the most important and most memorable. Because of the dismissive attitude, we won’t be returning.
