Manager Janeth was very rude. Kept basically accusing me of not telling the truth about my purchase when her staff is not trained and told me incorrect info, when asked for a corporate number she had her staff give me the wrong number. Very unhelpful, unprofessional and just unpleasant to speak to.

I went there with an Amazon return which usually I don't do. But Amazon did give me many choices. I walk in the store. There's no signs. There's a place that says returns I stand in line. Try to ask the teller, the associate. If this was the Amazon line, I'll be right with you. I'll be right with you 15 minutes later when I get up front. Oh this isn't the Amazon line Amazon's upstairs. Not even in a nice way. I said at least you should put a sign at the front door. She said there's a sign around the corner. What good is a sign around the corner when I walk in the front door and I want to find a return place and there's a return place there and then no associates around or anything to ask any questions. I know I don't shop at Kohl's now. They have rude employees there and there's no one to help you and it's not a good store. Stay away

The lady sho works at the Amazon drop off stand is very nice, her name is Jan and she has the best attitude ever! She assisted me with my returns yesterday and she made me feel very welcome, she was super polite and very delightful. Jan should be recognized for the great service she provides.

Kohl's is great. Excellent prices and good selection. It's out of the way, so it doesn't get crazy busy. They have great return options, discounts and even a perfect Amazon return space!

Overpriced sweatshop clothing and their credit card program is pretty much a scamming joke.
Paid my balance off the same balance I might add twice. I even asked the customer service representative over the phone if this was it or I would owe anything else. They said this was it only to give me another charge the next month for the same amount. So I paid that one off and they said it was it and now I'm in collections for $500.
I've seen more honesty with payday loans.

A dying chain. I discovered Kohls in Dayton almost 50 years ago. I have an economics degree, but their business model has always baffled me. There are always killer sales and extra discounts. I particularly liked their house brand dress shirts. I'm not made to manufacturer's specs, with a 16.5" neck and 38" sleeves. But their Large/Tall size fit me well. Now I visit to return Amazon purchases and get coupons for future purchases, which I rarely use. It's too bad.

Saw a rat as I drove by the front entrance to dropoff my wife at the door. The rat dropped down the wall to the ground near the front door and ran in the bushes nearby.

Parking lot did not have many people at all around dinner time.

I’m a longtime customers to Kohl’s store in Sterling and been kohl’s member with burgundy card that every time you shop you save a little money and recently Capitol one send me a mail indicating since I am customer with Kohl’s I need to open a credit card account with them and my burgundy card will no longer works at store? This is ridiculous I am been forced to open another credit card account in order to shop and may save with capital one credit card? I will not do shopping at kohls since they sold my information to capital one and without my permission it’s illegal to do so. Also Don’t use the elevator at Kohls in Sterling the elevator certificate is expired be careful. 02/28/2022 take the escalator is safe.

Came to return something here today from Kohl’s. They merged the regular return line with the Amazon return line!! Very slow, only 2 people working. Returning something here was terrible and now they made it worse- Ugh!

Online stated the rain jacket I wanted was available in store for pickup that day so I went to buy it and it wasn't there. I was disappointed. I looked around and did find a different jacket but it wasn't the same one I wanted and it cost over $100.more than advertised. So misleading. I am truly disappointed. I usually like Kohls.

The store is very clean and has two levels. I appreciate the clearance racks aren't ransacked like at other Khols. Katheryn who works at Customer Service upstairs is AMAZING. She went out of her way to help me with my purchase as well as made my Amazon return easy. Her calming and professional nature really made my day. Thank you Katheryn!

This store is well organized, tidy, and well stocked. Great sales prices without waiting for anything to ship. Helpful cashiers.

There were a few displays that had tremendous savings but were not labeled as such. The cashier was happy to price check for me so I could buy 3 sets of cute seasonal kitchen hand towels instead of one.

Visited this location today seeking sales advertised in their sales ads. Location a bit off the main road. Plenty of parking and the store not crowed at all. Could not find what we were looking for and left quickly. Neat store but probably not one will visit again as nothing special there.
