Cascades Marketplace has the potential and is in an exciting—but transitional—phase. If you’re looking for a lively spot with new food options and a revitalized atmosphere, it’s showing real promise. However, many parts are still under construction and vacancies linger. Overall, the trajectory looks positive: a shift toward a “live-work-play” destination for Sterling and nearby Cascades.

This a beautifully constructed community shopping center, which houses several hidden gems…including a local pizzeria, friendly neighborhood grocery store, healthy shake shop, delicious locally sourced restaurant, and lovely salon suite for all your beauty and wellness needs. This plaza is currently under construction, so there is a large amount of vacant spaces and there are not any community focused events held within the center, which is why I’m only leaving a 4-star. Huge potential here for a wonderful space. I look forward to seeing the continued development and will update my rating/review at that time, if applicable.

Grocery store (Giant), different foods, beauty products and even hardware (Home Depot). Nice location and was well lit and clean everywhere I frequented.

Neat place but a bunch of stores have closed. I only went in Giant Food today.
