We are extremely disappointed with both the performance of our Panoramic Door system and the customer service we have received.
Within just a few months of installation, the doors began allowing significant water intrusion. Water enters our home every time it rains, or we try to wash the windows including leaks where the glass meets the metal frame. Rather than resolving the problem, we have received inconsistent explanations and repeated references to warranty language. We have even been told that the doors should not be cleaned with a garden hose because they are “not designed for that,” which is unreasonable for an exterior door system that is expected to withstand normal exposure to rain, routine cleaning, and the elements.
We were also told our home requires a 12-inch overhang for the doors to remain watertight, despite having a 10-inch overhang. This requirement was never clearly disclosed before purchase or installation and now appears to be used as an excuse rather than a solution.
If you are considering purchasing a Panoramic Door system, we invite you to see our doors in person. The amount of water entering our home speaks for itself. We have documented the issues with photos and videos and believe prospective buyers deserve to see the product’s real-world performance before making their decision.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this product until these issues are properly addressed.

I had my new Panoramic Door installed recently in conjunction with a whole home renovation project in process and I'm ecstatic! Jake was outstanding in the sale and his recommendation for the installer was equally impressive and appreciated.

Thank you Jake and Panoramic Doors!

The Sales process was great. The delivery could not have been worse. We had to by hand take the 7 doors off the back of the truck. The doors weighing 2000lbs. Our installer was good. A number of issues that need fixing. They look great

Our doors look fantastic! Searching online for such a statement showpiece was difficult; therefore, being able to test out the product was paramount. Jake was so amazing and helpful! He was very communicative and knowledgeable about the product. When we were able to meet at the showroom and test out the doors, we were sold! The uniqueness of the doors, combined with Jake's expertise, made it an easy decision for us!
