Alex was excellent. He took his time, thoroughly inspected our refrigerator, and clearly explained the issue. What I appreciated most was his honesty—rather than recommending an expensive repair, he advised that, given the age of the refrigerator, replacement made more sense. It’s refreshing to find someone who is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely looking out for the customer’s best interests. Highly recommend Alex!

Alex was fantastic with our washer. He came quick to diagnose our problem, and gave me an honest answer. He was very kind with my kids as well, I felt very comfortable having him to work in my home and would recommend him to anyone needing service!

Called because my freezer was leaking water. Alex, service technician, knew right away what was wrong. He was able to fix that issue by defrosting the freezer. He is very knowledgeable and gave me step-by-step information on what he was doing to fix it. I think that fixed my ice maker which wasn’t working either. Alex is a true professional and very respectful. Will definitely call again if I need to. Thank you so much Alex!

Appliance Repair Assida, Thank you for your professionalism, My Frigidaire Professional Oven is working perfectly 👌 You knew right away what was going on with my stove. It smell as if gas was leaking, so he he installed 2 igniters one for lower oven and one for the broiler ..and then he cleaned all the parts to make sure everything was working properly. The price was very reasonable and the technician was very kind and patient...he went to work right a way. I will definitely use them again.

I needed freezer drawer repair. Trust Pro was recommended. I phoned and got an appointment. Alex was great, on time and very organized. He respected my kitchen, cleaned up and layed down his rug.
He found the problem and then discovered that the drawer was not fitting the correct way. He then fixed that. He did a great job and I would ask for him if I need anything repaired.
