I was able to get a new SIM card; but was told that to upgrade or any major changes to my account I would have to go all the way to Martinsburg WV store for services. (At least till T-MOBILE fully takes over all the accounts and stores)

Upgraded 3 phones, Jayden did an excellent job on setting up 2 phones while the 3rd phone was back ordered. Holly set up my 3rd phone perfectly. Was able to transfer my all of my information. Hats off to those 2 employees.

Jayden was so helpful in updating the phone as well as the plan. He is very knowledgeable and able to multi-task, helping multiple customers at one time!

I want to give a big THANKS to Holly, who provided wonderful service!
I needed to return 2 phones that we upgraded in our family plan, so I drove to the Valley Mall where I discovered that the US Cellular store that was once there was no more. I called this location (Shank Farm Rd.) and spoke with Holly, who encouraged me to come in and she would gladly assist me.
A short 15 minute drive later, I was in her capable hands. Holly has very good customer service skills, and she is so pleasant to talk with! Even though by the time I arrived it was nearly closing time, I never felt rushed. We had a nice, relaxed conversation while she expertly processed my two returns.
I hope this store remains once T-mobile finally completes the merger, and if so, I certainly hope that Holly continues at this store, because she is an outstanding representative and a friendly, skillful associate.
Thank you so much, Holly!!
