I discovered 94 Celcius at Café Collectif over the summer and have been a regular customer ever since. I've tried beans from multiple Montreal/QC roasters, and think 94 Celsius is the best in the game. Their beans are amazing, making for delicious espressos. Keep it up!

Dare I say this is Montreal's best coffee roaster? Yes, that is a bold statement and they certainly deliver! They offer high-quality and unique specialty coffee beans. I appreciate that they offer light-medium roasts, as most roasters here only offer medium-dark, which yields no flavor because we prefer to prepare our coffee in a V60 or AeroPress.

I contacted them via Instagram, and they couldn't have been more helpful in determining which beans to order. You could tell they are very passionate about their beans. Ordering online is simple, and deliveries are quick.

Highly recommended!
