I’ve had the pleasure of working with Nickel City Buyers and Derek Hough for over a decade, and I can confidently say he goes above and beyond to help both buyers and sellers navigate even the most challenging situations. There are so many moving parts in this business, and Derek’s knowledge, professionalism, and understanding make all the difference. He’s truly dedicated to seeing every deal through to a successful closing. Highly recommend!

Nickel City Buyers is an outstanding company to work with! Derrick is awesome — he’s knowledgeable, fair, and truly cares about his customers. It’s clear that he values doing the right thing and helping people find the best solution for their situation. The entire process with him is smooth and professional. I’d highly recommend Nickel City Homebuyers to anyone looking for a trustworthy, honest real estate team to work with.

We have had many wonderful experiences working with Derrick. He works extremely hard to assist his clients and does anything and everything he needs to bring about a successful closing. No matter how difficult, he "gets the job done". He can find you a house or a buyer for your home when you believed it could not be done.

As an interior designer in Buffalo, I work with a lot of homeowners, and I can say Derrick at Nickel City Buyers is one of the most professional and reliable people in real estate. He makes the home selling process quick, fair, and stress-free — a great local company to trust when you need to sell your house fast

I had an amazing experience working with Nickel City Buyers. They helped me sell my house fast in Buffalo ny without needing to make repairs or deal with the stress of showings. The process was simple, the communication was clear, and they closed on my timeline. If you’re looking for a cash home buyer in Western New York who is professional, honest, and reliable, I highly recommend them a thousand percent.
