My Asus Tuf notebook computer crashed during a restart. Gary successfully worked through the myriad of issues that needed attention, spending hours on it to get it back up & running. His fee was beyond reasonable and he was pleasant and professional throughout. I can't recommend him high enough.

After ruminating and worrying over the best platform to manage my email, I now have a sense of peace after consulting with Gary. He explained *IT* things in a way that helped me understand the various options available, which made it easier to decide on how to move forward.

He also provided really good information regarding hosting services which I hadn't considered. Very helpful.

This was our first time experiencing G2 Computer Care and Gary is now our go-to-guy!! Gary is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful (he made some great recommendations), has excellent follow through/up and is very patient (we are older and don't understand computers very well). I was absolutely thrilled with the service Gary provided. When my computer went down, I was completely stuck since I rely on it for work. He understood the urgency right away and took it in immediately, which was such a huge relief.

Gary is a magician! He did a great job of solving our email problem and he cleaned up my computer. It runs much better now and my printer and cell phone printing function problems were fixed. Our PC was stuck in a Windows startup repair loop. We had heard about a local company called G2 Computer Care. We sent a text and they responded immediately and we were able to drop oir PC off the same day. Gary kept us updated throughout the process (who does that these days?!). Within hours, he diagnosed the issue and successfully recovered all of our data—including priceless photos. We received excellent service, communication, and care. Highly recommend!

My desktop PC was in a world of hurt after a crash. Got ahold of Gary the next morning was able to schedule a drop off just a couple of hours later. He communicated with me through the entire process. It seemed dire for a while there, but he had this great attitude that he wasn't going to give me back me back a computer that didn't work. Not only that but he was also determined not to lose my data. He gave me back a fully functional machine! This is the kind of attitude you don't see in customer service anymore. It was refreshing. When I picked it up the next day he even explained how he did everything, so if this error comes up again I might even be able to try it myself! But honestly, for me personally, it was worth the money and peace of mind and I'd probably go back to him anyway. If North Bend seems a little out of the way for you, it won't seem that way when he is done helping you.

TLDR: Gary is a rockstar, take all your tech troubles to him.
