I just want to say a few things... Over the course of my life, I had a chance to work with 9 great real-estate agents in 4 different Countries (not counties). Working with Ilona, while looking for an investment property or homestead, it was by far the best real estate experience I’ve ever had. The real-estate transactions with her were on a completely different level.

What stood out immediately was her knowledge and strategy. Ilona clearly lives and breathes real estate. She is also a published author on the subject, and it shows in the way she approaches every step of the process. She explained things most buyers don’t even realize they should be paying attention to.

She helped structure a smart offer that ended up saving me about 10% on the purchase price, and we also negotiated an additional credit at closing for some minor repairs. More importantly, she guided me through the entire process in a way that made me feel protected as a buyer.

One of the biggest things that impressed me was how thoroughly she reviewed the condo documents. There were hundreds of pages, and she caught a small clause that could have created problems later. She immediately brought it to the attention of the attorney and made sure it was addressed before moving forward. Most agents would never go that deep.

Communication was excellent throughout the transaction. Whenever I called or had a question, she was already one step ahead and had the answers.

At closing, Ilona even provided a beautifully organized closing book with all the documents, important dates, maintenance reminders, and a list of trusted vendors and contractors. That level of detail and follow-through is rare.

People talk a lot about technology and AI these days, but experiences like this remind you how valuable it is to work with a real professional who truly understands the business and looks out for your best interests.
