I have movement challenges so moving is difficult for me. Kevin and Remy really helped out extra with placing things in very specific spots as I needed, and also were very speedy and precise and careful with my items. I have moved many times with a few companies that were nightmares. But BC Moving really came through for me. I would highly recommend these folk!

Our experience with BC Moving was top notch, from our first interaction with Michelle on our introductory call to the meeting with Cindy in our home then finally to Remy and and his crew for the move out and move in. Each step we were met with people who really seemed to love their job and took pride it what they were doing. We always felt they had our possessions and our home in good care and would highly recommend this team for any move you may have.

We were abandoned by our original movers the morning of our move. They called to cancel with 20 minutes warning and basically told us good luck. It was the end of the month, so you can imagine how challenging that was. It was a complete scramble.

I called BC Moving and Storage and spoke with Michelle, who was kind, calm, and immediately focused on finding a solution. She came through. Due to the last-minute scramble we missed our new building’s move-in window, but Michelle sorted out a new time and had a crew and truck ready to go the next day.

They showed up at exactly 2pm as promised. The crew was professional, fast, careful, and genuinely good-natured; they knew what we’d been through and they wanted us to have a good experience. We did.

If you’re reading this trying to decide whether to book them: do it!

I can't say enough great things about this company. They were extremely professional and went above and beyond my expectations. Honestly if I could give them 10 stars I would have no hesitations. I will absolutely tell everyone how amazing this company is. From the owner to the reception to the actual movers. They even called me 2 days after my move to see how I was enjoying my new place.

BC Moving & Storage was the white glove movers who noticed damage to my custom leather sectional when they were putting it together. Gabriel Ross contacted the supplier and six months later they sent a replacement arm piece. With no instructions, the BC Moving & Storage team was able to dis-assemble and reattach the damaged arm. A big kudos to them to figure out how to repair and replace the sectional piece.

They did a fantastic job and my piece is in pristine condition.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE:
BC Moving & Storage Ltd was highly recommended by a friend who had just used them a few weeks earlier. We had gotten a few estimates. Cindy the manager, was the only company who came out to the house to do an estimate. Others do video estimates. They gave me a price range & stayed within it. There was an immediate personal connection with Cindy the manager. Likewise with Michelle who takes the calls. She was delightful & full of tips. Both were very caring, curteous & friendly. The movers worked swiftly, smoothly & seamlessly. They knew what they were doing & didn't really need to ask me much. They took things apart & put them all together. They moved a VERY heavy foam mattress. Cindy came by to help with it & stayed to unload at the other end. No one got cranky & I was stress free because of their humour amidst each other & how they worked as a team. I couldn't have asked for a better crew: Jason, Ryan, Remi & Cindy. Thank you!
