Fantastic place for a healthy meal. Great Fruit and Protein bowls with tons of both meat and vegetarian options. Great smoothies as well. We met one of the owners, super friendly guy.
Definitely check this place out and support a great local business.

We tried the Bananza, Pitaya, Fiesta Chicken, and Jerked Chicken bowls and for smoothies we tried Rise and Grind, Strawberry Banana, Mixed Berry. Everyone loved it!

i got the protein recovery smoothie, 10/10. I also love how they use almond milk or coconut milk for their smoothies especially since my stomach is sensitive to regular milk. The staff is really friendly and welcoming, overall great food, great atmosphere, and so many options!

This is the only place that did my bowl without any issues—no 'we don't have that,' 'we can't do that,' or any other excuses! Huge thanks to the staff! They wiped down the tables at our first request, too! The staff is very friendly and I really loved everything about this place.

This was really good! I didn’t think to take pictures until we were deep into the food, but it was well worth it. Clean facility and friendly staff. Everything we had was delicious.
