I had an excellent experience working with Lane at Paradise Palms Property Mgmt. He was exceptionally professional and thorough throughout the entire process. His communication was consistent and clear — he kept me informed of every detail and always followed through on what he promised. I also appreciated his expert advice on pricing our home, which helped us position it perfectly in the market and achieve a great result. I would absolutely work with him again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable realtor.

Paradise Palms is a refreshing local Real Estate management firm that has been very helpful to our home we recently leased. Gene has personally made us feel at home, listens well and gets problems solved quickly. Our experience has been excellent. As a former Certified Residential Appraiser I would recommend these folks to anyone wanting to lease or buy in the area we reside.

Working with Gene at Paradise Palms has been nothing short of excellence in customer service!

We are so relieved having our home managed by not only a top-notch manager, but one who is always available, approachable, and ready to answer our call.

We feel blessed having our home in Gene‘s hands and appreciate everything he has done for us.

We have been extremely pleased with the services provided by Gene with Paradise Palms Property Management! Gene has been very helpful to us over the past two years in securing our condo and assisting us with any needs that we have had regarding maintenance of the property. Most recently Gene assisted us with replacement of the carpet in the condo and we had a great experience with the company hired to do the work. Very professional and attentive to our needs. Thanks for making our move and transition to Florida go smoothly! We love it here!
