Had an amazing experience with Hannah at Lacoste! She was super helpful, professional, and made shopping so easy and enjoyable. Her customer service was outstanding, and she really took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. Highly recommend asking for Hannah if you visit Lacoste!

This was unfortunately my fifth disappointing experience at the Lacoste store at Toronto Premium Outlets and I’ve decided I won’t be returning to this location.

For a premium brand, the customer service is consistently underwhelming. Staff often seem uninterested in helping or answering basic questions, and the checkout counter is frequently unattended.

On my most recent visit, I came in for a simple exchange and ended up wasting 45minutes. Three staff members went to the back to check for a size, but none of them returned, updated me, or even acknowledged that I was still waiting. I was left standing there wondering if anyone was actually going to help.

I understand busy retail environments, but this has been a repeated pattern at this specific store, which makes it even more disappointing. Basic courtesy, communication, and customer service should not feel like too much to expect—especially at a premium outlet location.

The store itself smells nice and is very organized and clean, the reason for 1 star otherwise it would be 0. I spent 30 minutes in the store shopping around picking my styles and finally found my style. I picked up 2 shirts from the 50% off section that had the sticker price of $113.99 listed on them, i was happy to find a good deal. As soon as i went to the counter the cashier told me that's not the price which surprised me as it was clearly stickered on there, she told me it was a mistake. But how could there be a mistake on 2 shirts clearly stickered on top of the orginal price in the clearance section. The cashier told me to speak to manager, he was also rude and dismissed my concerns about the mistake and false pricing advertising. He didn't apologize or explain why this happened, just said he's not going to honor the sticker price that was listed on the shirt (see my picture posted it clearly is there). This was completely unprofessional and i believe it breaks false advertisement laws. You cant watch your cameras for proof. Is this what the international brand Lacoste stands for? Are these the corporate values you stand by? Is this how you treat all your customers? You lost a lifetime customer of over 25+ years. If this doesn't get fixed ill have to post on social media unfortunately. This happened at 7:25pm - March 6th 2026.

I had an excellent experience at Lacoste ! From my first visit, the customer service has been nothing short of exceptional and consistently lasting. I originally came in looking for a special gift for a loved one, and the store’s clean aesthetics and stylish displays made the experience even better. The staff were phenomenal, attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect gift.

AJ, the assistant manager, stands out for his warm, professional, and passionate approach. He’s always been helpful with any questions or concerns. I’ve been a happy returning customer ever since and highly recommend this location.

I come here to shop some gifts and have very good experience ~ I pick up many items for gifts to surprise my family and Kelly help me a lot, explain size and fit. Shes very patient and kind 👏 Kelly is the best and so smiling ~~ am happy with my purchase😊.
