I tried contacting a couple of different HVAC companies and I couldn’t get any of them to call me back so I went on ChatGPT and I put in key words honest, trusting and affordable HVAC companies near Algonquin IL and Birdie heating and cooling popped up. I made the call and spoke with Michael who didn’t hesitate to listen to what I was looking for in service. He booked the appointment and also gave me head’s up notice when he was on his way for service so I could leave work in time to meet him. I was a little shocked when he came to my door because he looked so young but he was very polite, professional and listened to what I was looking to get done. Turned out I needed a part but Michael gave me options and never pressured me into buying the part. After answering all my questions I decided to have him install the part since his pricing was very affordable. After he was finished he answered more of my questions and explained some options on how I can save money. Never once was there any pressure to buy more than what was needed. He explained to me what his and the owner Nathan’s goal were in achieving customer satisfaction. It was really refreshing to hear and see this type values still exist. Thank you both for a great customer experience! If people are looking for a great experience with an HVAC company Birdie Heating and Cooling are the ones to contact.

Nathan and his team are very friendly and knowledgeable. They go over everything in detail, they keep you informed about what they're doing and what the issues are if any. I recommend Birdie Heating and cooling to everyone that asks for a reliable company, or just needs a simple fix.

My family and I recently had the absolute best experience with Birdie Heating and Cooling.
From our initial consultation with Nathan, over the phone and in person was truly remarkable! The customer service was the absolute best, both friendly and responsive, and genuinely focused on helping, in the best way possible.
Birdie is a certified Trane AC specialist and dealer, replaced our 25 year old AC unit with a new updated and efficient Trane unit. The entire process was stress-free, smooth and efficient.

On the day of installation Nathan and his team explained everything clearly, and worked with incredible attention to detail. They made sure our new system was running its absolute best before full completion and cleaned up so well you’d never know any major work had been done.

Honest communication, fair pricing and quality workmanship — you can tell Birdie truly cares about their customers and takes pride in their work.

If you’re looking for an HVAC company you can trust, Birdie is the one! Nathan and his team went above and beyond during the entire process!! Also, know I can call anytime if we have any further questions regarding the new unit.

30 yr old Furnace went out on a very cold Friday. Nate came that afternoon. Gave me quotes on several options. I agreed on one, and they were here the very next early morning to install.
Crew was very considerate and clean
Best of all… we have heat!
Highly recommend.
Thank you all
