It has been YEARS since I’ve needed auto repairs. When my car died at work due to both batteries being completely depleted in Novi, I was overwhelmed with stress of finding a shop. We tried to jump my car many times, but it just couldn’t stay running. The place I had used years ago had switched owners and couldn’t see me for many days. I looked for a local place with high reviews and found Car Fix Novi. The online booking was so easy to use, and when booking at 9 PM, they could get me in at 10 am the next day! (I could have booked as early as 8 am, but 10 worked best for my work schedule) Huzaifa was on top of it!!! They sent text message updates with included videos of my vehicle since I couldn’t be in the shop! They also included animated videos showing what the parts do for the operation of my car! They pointed out a couple issues I could have replaced, which I declined since I am on a budget and it didn’t affect the safety of the vehicle, so there was no high-pressure sales. The waiting area is NICE! it’s clean, and looks like you are in the waiting room of a spa: coffee, water (still AND carbonated… what shop offers that?!?) nice comfy seating, not the thin plastic kind you’d expect. As a woman, it felt comfortable to talk with them, and the professionalism, while also friendly and personable was very much appreciated. Also, as a surprise, there were a couple of little treats with a hand written note on my dash when I got in my car! It’s the little things!

I had an excellent experience at Car Fix Novi. The team was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything before starting the repair. They diagnosed the issue quickly, completed the work on time, and the quality of the repair was outstanding.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop in Novi, I highly recommend them. Whether you need brake service, engine diagnostics, suspension work, oil changes, or general auto repair, these guys know what they’re doing. Their pricing was fair, communication was excellent, and customer service was top-notch from start to finish.

It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but Car Fix Novi has definitely earned my business. I’ll be coming back for all of my vehicle maintenance and repairs. Highly recommended!
