This is a great place to go. Employees are absolutely great. They are very thorough and did a great job working on my car. They explained everything they were doing. And the price was very reasonable.

First time not going to the Audi dealership in Elk Grove. I have always used Audi up until my last visit. The dealership was sold and I noticed a big change in the service department. I was there for service maintenance and they were trying to upsale services that were not needed. They recommended needing brakes and rotors. It has been over 20,000 miles since that recommendation and Prestige told me that my brakes were at a 6 and still good.

Scott at Prestige is amazing. I felt comfortable dealing with him but most of all I felt he was honest regarding the diagnosis of my vehicle's needs.

Thank you Scott and all the staff at Prestige Auto.

This past week was stressful after my 2014 Hyundai Sonata started having serious engine issues and ultimately gave out, but my experience with Prestige Auto Works made the situation a lot easier to deal with.

From the start, they were straightforward and honest about what was going on with the engine. They explained that the knocking sound was a bad sign and clearly went over what my options and next steps were. I really appreciated that they didn’t try to downplay anything or push unnecessary repairs.

The diagnostic fee was also very reasonable, especially considering how stressful unexpected car problems can be. I genuinely felt like they were more focused on being upfront and helpful than trying to sell me anything I didn’t need.

Because of their honesty, it was much easier for me to make decisions and move forward, which eventually led me to purchasing a new vehicle. I’m grateful for how they handled everything and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and transparent shop.

I’ve been bringing my cars to them for almost 12 years now. Super trustworthy, reliable and reasonable pricing. I do recommend making an appointment though since they do get fairly busy because they are just so good.

Andre, Scott and Stephanie are amazing! Excellent customer service! I had issues with my 2014 Chevy Camaro and they fixed everything. Reasonable price compared to the dealership. Extremely trustworthy!! Thank you so much
