The trainers are very patient, create personalized workout plans based on individual needs, and explain each exercise in great detail\. Signed up for a membership here back in October 2024 and have not looked back since. Clean spaces, passionate community, appealing lighting and great staff/PT’s. Two of the trainers I worked with there - Yvan and Winston are unquestionably knowledgeable and the very best in what they do.

Membership is a premium compared to other commercial gyms, but I do feel I get what I pay for here in how gym guests are considerably more respectful here, the atmosphere is inviting and the facility is well maintained.

Shout out to Ethan as well for being welcoming, checking in on the members and providing exceptional service!

Always super quiet in the mornings too - huge plus!

Smaller area as far as a gym is concerned but fear not as they has only the top of the line Arsenal gym equipment and if you dont know is the best you can use.

Great lighting and has dumbells up to 120lb for the big boys. This is a bodybuilders/influencer gym but also a great place for the new gym goer as there is a ton of great staff to assist.

Overall must do if your in the area

I’ve been going to Fittopia Gym since January and have had a great experience. The gym is clean, well-maintained, and has excellent equipment. The environment is welcoming and the staff are great.

A special thanks to my trainer, Yvan Richards, who has been fantastic. He really understands my goals and has been very flexible with my schedule. His guidance has helped me become stronger and healthier. Highly recommend!

Best gym in Richmond! Chill vibe, excellent equipment, friendly staff, and professional trainers.

My trainer, Michelle, is amazing. She’s supportive, attentive, and knowledgeable. She has guided me patiently, step by step,
through weight training. Throughout the process, she continuously adjusted my training phases to help me build muscle and shape the physique I wanted.

Training with her has made me stronger, more confident, and more consistent. Every session is productive, challenging, and motivating — I really enjoy it!

Highly recommend!
