Came here over Mother’s Day weekend excited to shop! Let after my mother and I were not greeted at all. It felt disrespectful and we left and went to other shops on the same street and spent some good money. We even bought a painting from across the street from them. The moral of this review is to treat each customer with respect. Don’t get too comfortable in your business because you never know who’s stepping into your business. Treat everyone equally. As an owner of a business myself, I was incredibly disappointed and prompted to leave this review. I hope you’ll do better.

I bought a $144 Panisa Chess set as a Christmas present for my 11 year old son. When he opened it on Christmas morning for our first game, the black ruck was missing. I contacted the store by phone to alert them of the problem, a man said they’d get on it right away. It’s been 3 months and still nothing. They don’t even answer the phone. Everytime I see that beautiful but incomplete set I am reminded of this terrible customer experience. I would recommend NEVER buying online from Blackbird.

Every time I'm in Calistoga we head to this store. The store has unique and beautiful things for yourself or for gifts. The jewelery is really pretty and unusual. Great art work and home goods. The owner is also very sweet. Check it out!

If you love elegance with a price tags to meet various budgets, this is the place to go! I have found so many beautiful items for more home and business and I find myself thinking of when I can go in again to purchase yet another beautiful candle, hand cream, cookbook, jewelry, or beautifully crafted wooden salad bowl. The Owner has impeccable taste and this store has something for you or anyone on your gift list! Also customer service is caring (I have never felt rushed in the least) and goes the extra mile.

Lots of unique home decor and a whole lot more! And when I visited they had a lot of handmade wood products which I really admire. The wood bowls were very uniqueBecause they were lined with some kind of Apoxsee so you could actually use them as a cereal bowl. They also had lots of smaller gifts and jewelry. My wife really liked the blankets and The unique sunglasses. The items are a little pricey but that’s expected high-quality goods in Calistoga.
