Miss Debbie is a Legend – Saved me from my own mistake!

I have to give a huge shout-out to Miss Debbie in the service department at Orr Nissan. I’ll be the first to admit it: I am her most difficult customer. Between the things I forget and the 100 random questions I have, she never loses her cool. She is consistently patient, professional, and genuinely happy to help.
The perfect example of why she's the best happened today. I had told her we dropped off a Rogue last night in a specific spot. She actually walked the entire parking lot herself searching for it, but she eventually had to call and say, "Well, darling, it's not there." I panicked and thought someone had stolen my car! I was even drawing pictures on a map to show her exactly where I parked.😱🤯🤣
Come to find out, I had been telling her "Rogue" the whole time when I actually have a Juke. 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤣I didn't even realize my own mistake, but she figured it out on her own and called me back: "Hey, I think you're talking about a Juke instead of a Rogue." I felt so bad, but she was so gracious about it.
That is exactly what you call A1 customer service. If you go to Orr Nissan, ask for Debbie—she is an absolute asset to that team and treats you like family.🙏💙

My girlfriend first time buying a car and when I tell you Anthony Prine & Ezra Henderson went above and beyond! Was very welcoming and helpful! Anthony did a great job getting her a vehicle that she wanted and made sure we understood everything going in process! Also helped us find the right insurance as well! I’m glad we chose them to buy her first car from! Ezra helped us get the best Apr rates possible and save more money long term! Their staff was great and I highly recommend visiting their dealership! We were very satisfied with their service! I will be seeing them again sometime in the future!

I will start this review by saying this, I HATE buying cars. It makes me anxious, I tend to make rushed decisions, and I normally leave with minimal confidence about that decision. At Orr Nissan South, this was NOT the case! I recently was in the market to buy a preowned vehicle and had seen one I liked online at this dealership and arrived one afternoon with my dad to check it out. I met a salesman named Sebastian who was a delight to work with, showed me numerous options within my price range, and was knowledgeable about each one. He was transparent and honest with me and my million questions and gave me personal recommendations for affordable insurance options which I greatly appreciated (and used). Ezra in finance was no less amazing and we were able to work out a deal I felt comfortable and very confident with and left the lot feeling excited about my purchase of a 2018 Nissan Rogue. Within a week I was experiencing some unexpected issues with my vehicle and called to discuss these with Sebastian who immediately connected me with Ms Rachel in the service dept. Every one of the employees I dealt with at Orr Nissan South went above and beyond anything I ever expected and most definitely beyond anything required of them to ensure I had a positive experience. My vehicle was taken care of with little to no effort on my part and I will most definitely bring future business to this dealership for my own future needs and would recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to get to Orr Nissan South!
