A guy named Drew gave me a quote today on the moisture buildup that keeps happening in my crawlspace. He allowed me to go under the house and watch all the updated types of testing they can help improve my home to have quality breathing air and structural improvements that my old house requires. His explanation of pricing was explicit. As a wonderful salesperson would, he mentioned me getting other quotes, and recommended things that I would never known to ask. Because of his great sales expertise and professionalism, I would definitely recommend the Crawl Space Ninjas to anyone.

We opted for the Bronze package, full encapsulation with foam board insulation installed. Kirsten was knowledgeable, competent, and professional. By far the best of all the companies I met with. We didn’t have a huge issue with water and moisture, but a lot of condensation from the HVAC unit, duct work, and water pipes. The Ninja’s knocked it out fast with no disruption to our normal lives. The end result is outstanding and is a true mechanical improvement preserving and protecting the structure of the home. It also maintains a constant temperature under the house which will keep water pipes from freezing, the house warmer in the winter, and cooler in the summer. Did I mention Kirsten is a Rock Star? What an awesome employee who deserves to be recognized for excellence. I wish we had done this 10 years ago.

Last summer I noticed my crawlspace was almost at the point of no return. I thought it was. I got a quote from crawlspace ninja and decided to be cheap and go with another company. A company that I had to fire for the speed and quality of their service.

The ninjas took 2 days to complete the job. I couldn’t believe the quality and speed. Now my crawlspace could be a guest bedroom 😂

I had a great experience with Crawl Space Ninja! They were able to quickly come out to see what exactly was going on with my crawlspace and floors. While as a whole they were great, what ultimately made me decide to go with them was Kristen. I had several companies come to my house and while they were all professional, Kristen took the time to fully explain what was going on and what would need to be done to fix it. Not only did I like having a female to work with, but she explained everything in a way that actually made sense to me! She also worked with me to get the repairs done within my budget range.

Each week an update went out via email to let me know where I was on their schedule. The men that came out to handle everything were extremely nice and professional. At no point during this process did I ever feel I was being taken advantage of, which is a huge deal! My crawlspace looks so clean and since being repaired, I have not experienced any standing water!
