Big disappointment.
Got Hydrangeas on a Friday for my sons Communion on the following day. The owner advised me to make sure I put them in water as soon as i got home. She also showed me how to properly cut the stem on the bottom (Horizontally and than also make a cut going upwards from the bottoms center) I followed all of her instructions. I placed all of them in their own glass jar filled with water. That same evening, I noticed some of them were not looking good at all. I called her and told her and she advised me to submerge them into water for whatever time she advised (Cannot remember how long at the moment) I followed her instructions and than waited an hour and they still looked wilted.
I waited for the next morning and four of the flowers were completely wilted. At the last minute, on the day of my sons communion that morning, i called the owner and she asked for photos of the wilted flowers and she said she would change them for me to new ones which was a relief. By the time we got to the hall (Flowers were all there since the early morning), most of the flowers looked horrible, minus the four new ones that my husband had went to go and pick up. It was very upsetting for me as I had no other option at this point but to have these flowers on the tables. What I am failing to understand is how 3 arrangements went onto lasting another week and looked beautiful, whereas all the other flowers were all wilted. I am thinking it is a possibility that I initially received old flowers.
I am including pictures of the flowers and how they looked.
(The beautiful one is an example of how the 3 looked a week after) How is it that the other ones all were wilted?

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, took their time to help me choose, and answered all my questions without rushing. It felt like they genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my choice.

The flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged, and the whole process was smooth and enjoyable.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this flower shop! I brought in a picture of a bouquet I loved, and the lovely staff member who helped me was truly amazing. Her taste is impeccable—she recreated the arrangement perfectly, and the bouquet was just stunning. The service was outstanding, and the price was really reasonable for such high quality. They made a big, beautiful arrangement, beautifully wrapped. I can’t thank her enough—highly recommend this shop!

This experience was magical. As a creative sometimes you just know what calls to you, and you need an atmosphere to cultivate that. The florists here were so welcoming and it allowed me to explore what they housed, and put together a very special bouquet for a very special Angel.
