⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quiet, Comfortable, and Worth Every Penny!

I couldn’t be happier with the fantastic job True Pros Plumbing, Heating, and Air did installing my new HVAC system!

Rikely Chambers provided several great options and took the time to explain the entire process, including the warranties and what to expect with my new system. Peyton and Kurt were the installers, and they did an outstanding job getting everything installed professionally and efficiently.

My house has never felt more comfortable, and I honestly can’t believe how quiet this new system is compared to my old single-stage unit and furnace. The difference is incredible!

I highly recommend TruPros team for your next AC repair, HVAC service, or new system installation. These guys know their stuff and truly deliver!

Katy the owner of True Pros PERSONALLY came out to our home to discuss the installation that was done on our AC and furnace on 8/31. She was very patient in answering my questions and also concerns about our new HVAC system. She explained the process about the “installation audit”, the manufacture warranty, the rebates as well as the labor warranty with True Pros. Thank you Katy, I mean what owner cares enough to go out to someone’s home to make sure they are comfortable with the HVAC system installed, and put their minds at ease with such a “major”purchase. 10 out of 10

We have had multiple properties serviced by TruePros and Katy has done an incredible job of building a team that is honest and fair! Kobe was an incredible tech and was thorough answering any questions I had and explained recommendations needed. Our experience with them from reaching out, scheduling, deciding what’s needed, dispatch, being prompt and finishing the job was exactly what you need as a homeowner with HVAC and Plumbing needs! Highly recommend!

Our old system was inefficient and badly outdated. My wife and I were so happy to find a great company like TruePros to replace our old HVAC system and install a new five-ton Amana air conditioning and furnace system with a Heat pump.

We were so impressed by the way they handled the sales process and got us exactly what we needed done to help our home be more efficient and comfortable. We used to need several small AC units in specific bedrooms that just would not cool. No more after the TruePros team came and addressed the root cause of our problem. We needed better airflow from the basement to the main level, and the right-sized HVAC/AC system for our home's size.

They are professional, kind, honest with no gimmicks, and helpful every step of the way. Our home actually cools down now, even last week when the Lehi, Utah area hit a new record high of 109 degrees! This team at TruePros is amazing, and the price was reasonable and better than we expected!

If you are looking to replace or install a new HVAC unit in Utah, our family would highly recommend you consider TruePros.

Our 27 year old A/C system finally died right before the holiday weekend. James was first onsite and was very friendly and professional. Daniel arrived shortly after to explain my options for a new installation and they were able to schedule the install the very next morning. James, Daniel, Mervyn, and Kolton were all very professional and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend True Pros to anybody. Their speed and efficiency was amazing.
