Great experience with Zerorez! Matthew did an amazing job. He was professional, friendly, thorough, and paid great attention to detail. Everything looks so clean and fresh, and I’m very happy with the results. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend Zerorez. Thank you, Matthew, for doing such a great job!

Parker and Ben did a fantastic job! They were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the process and answer my questions. They worked quickly without sacrificing quality, and my carpets look great. I would definitely recommend Zerorez and especially Parker and Ben for anyone looking for excellent service.

Steven the carpet cleaner was so great. He called a half hour before he arrived. He was very nice and concoderate. He wore booties and was very professional. Even helped with moving a few things which I wasn’t planning on. The carpets look great!

Sadly I have a cat smelling room which I think even after cleaning I’ll need to replace. It’s weird it smell like cat even though Steven’s light that is meant to show utine don’t show any but for a few small drops.

Will use this company again.

Josh Butterfield cleaned our flooring and did an amazing job. 7 years of build up gone. He was kind and made me feel comfortable having him my home. I will hire Zerorez again and would request Josh.

Our Christmas present to our mother was to clean all of the carpets in her entire house. The older carpets were new when she moved in 40 years ago and they’ve never been cleaned. Let me tell you… her carpets look spectacular! They’ve never looked so good! Sean was friendly, courteous, respectful, efficient and thorough with his cleaning. And he even had time to clean her sofa as well. In addition, while he explained additional services, he never pressured us into an up sale. Look at these differences!
