We had a terrific experience with Mountain Home Services! Scheduling our gas fireplace insert cleaning online was incredibly easy, and we received an appointment confirmation the same day. They sent a reminder the day before, followed by a text letting us know our technician, Wyatt Jenkins, was on his way. Wyatt even called personally while en route.

Wyatt was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He clearly knows his stuff and did an outstanding job cleaning our fireplace. The results speak for themselves. The glass is so clean you can actually see the reflection of our carpet!

Excellent communication, great service, and exceptional results. We will definitely use Mountain Home Services again and highly recommend them!

Big thanks to Mason Tibbets for coming by our home to adjust our airflow, test our furnace to ensure safe operation, and help get our thermostat installed correctly in the wall. We’ve been very pleased with the service, communication and overall quality of workmanship from Mountain Home Services and I’d recommend their team to anyone. Mason, and every technician we’ve had out to our house, has taken the time to answer questions and explain everything we’ve asked about. We appreciate a job well done from parts to customer service and that’s what you’ll get with MHS.

Bryce and Josue showed up today and got everything running top notch with our air conditioner. They are fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend…and I won’t wait so long to change the filter next time!

Ryan came and he was amazing. Super kind, helpful and TOTALLY service oriented. His is my first experience with Mountain Home Services, after trying many others, and this was by far my best experience. I think what I loved most was that he was efficient and fast, without being dismissive or curt. He took time to answer my questions, explain options, and educated me on things I didn’t even ask for. Clearly goes out of his way for quality. And after earning my trust personally, when I commented on it, he sincerely advocated for the company and explained their commitment to quality and service and explained that this is the reason he chooses to them. So yeah, 5 stars at minimum.

Two outdoor security lights were not working for years. Finally called and spoke with a real live person who was courteous, friendly and answered all my questions. I really liked the text confirmation, text reminder and text of the technician information day of appointment for my own safety. After checking the security lights, Jackson who was friendly and knowledgeable explained the problem and a solution. He didn’t have the lights to match on him (and the ones I wanted were a bit more expensive but I wanted them to match the colors on the house) he left and came back with ones to match. They look great! Well worth it.
