We had a small leak in our basement that turned into a much bigger issue after heavy rain. Direct Waterproofing Inc responded quickly, explained the problem clearly, and completed the work efficiently. Everything has stayed dry since. Very happy with the experience.

What stood out to me was how confident and knowledgeable the team was. They didn’t hesitate, and you could tell they had done this many times before. The process was smooth, and everything was completed within the expected timeframe. Since then, no signs of water at all.
