We are very happy with the work of Terry and his team. As new homeowners we experienced a basement flood within weeks of our house closing, which was so stressful. When the time came to do this work, we wanted it done quickly and to a high standard. Although it took a little longer than planned, we were happy with the quality of work and the professionalism of the crew. Some communication was tricky but Terry was always available to clarify any questions or concerns.

Great experience from start to finish!
Had a leak in the basement and the Crack was discovered. Terry, the project manager, was fantastic and provided a clear, fair estimate upfront. A few days later Walter and Roman did an excellent job repairing the foundation crack, professional, efficient, and clearly skilled at what they do. The whole process was very smooth. Highly recommend this team for quality foundation work.

We had a small leak in our basement and contracted Direct Waterproofing to fix it. Their pricing was fair, tge job was done quickly and tge quality of work was very high. They also did some work for my elderly parents, who were also very satisfied. Their sales consultant, Greg, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I felt very comfortable dealing with him. Terry and his crew were also very good and I would highly recommend them.
