My family and I have used ServiceMaster Disaster Associates on two separate occasions. Both mold related. Contacting them and walking through the details was quick, and easy. Both times, their technician/mold specialist, Angelo came out, and did an excellent job. Its a plus when the folks in your home performing the work are friendly, funny, keep things light, and educational. Good people all around. Great company

Poor quality of work with lack of communication. Has made the repair process very complicated and possibly not covered by insurance due to the quote they sent over for repairs.

This place is terrible. The billing department, service and customer service is a disaster.
Dont do business with them.
