We really appreciated the work that Marlon and Abner did for us in our basement after we had some flooding. They replaced the entire floor and some of the drywall and helped us identify when one of the products ordered was not correct. Highly recommend!

Due to a huge rain storm, there was a massive leak that came into our children's bedroom. Newton Fire And Flood's team acted extremely quick. They tarp the roof so that no further damages could happen and they set up commercial grade dehumidifier and air movers. I was really stressed out and he Owner Phillip personally walked me through the entire. His team couldn't have been friendlier and more professional. Throughout the process, they continuously came every day to monitor the situation due to the fact that one of my kids has a very severe allergy. They were able to get a third-party to verify that the work was completed. Testing it for mold. I'm so grateful to this company. The whole thing turned out to be such a breeze. If you have a problem with your house, look no further than this company Newton Fire And Flood is the best.

I cannot say enough about this company. The owner himself showed up at five in the morning after we had a massive sprinkler break on our second floor on fire master bedroom. . It ended up flooding the entire house. Philip came out personally with a crew. He even brought my family coffee! First words where “we’re gonna make this problem go away” and that’s exactly what they did. They handled the entire process from start to finish. Worked with our insurance company. Got everything paid for. Put the hose back together they walked us through the entire process. It was our very first time filing a claim with our homeowners insurance. Since relatively new home owner. I had so many questions and Phillip walk myself and my family through the whole process. Because of the nature what he does, I sincerely hope that we don’t need his services again, but I’ve recommended his services to other people in my circle. Who’ve had similar situations and he’s come through every single time. I can’t say enough good things about Newton fire and flood the very best water damage company in Massachusetts.

I had a water heater leak in my basement and Newton fire and flat came in within a half hour after I called them. With a crew of men ready to get the water extracted within an hour they had dehumidifiers and fans set up drying out my basement. I’m not even sure how much they charge because they bill the whole thing through the insurance company. The owner even came out personally to meet with my insurance adjuster and go over everything with me. They were extremely thorough and paid attention to every detail. afterwards, they came back together painted all the walls making it look better than the day I purchased the house. Thank you once more to Filipe and his crew!

I had a sewerage back up in October 2024. I called Newton Fire and Flood. They came out immediately, within a couple of hours they had multiple blowers and dehumidifiers in my house.
That was not all, we had an extensive insurance claim. Which wound up being a new bathroom, new kitchen, new hardwood floors and refinishing, along with painting the whole first floor of our house.
We also hired Newton Fire and Flood to do the rebuild. Phil’s guys were great. He kept in constant contact with us. Once construction began in mid February, everything went smoothly. Phil coordinated everything. Every single contractor showed up when they were suppose to. There were no “Off days” my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. If you ever have flood damage, and need a contractor not only to mitigate the damage, but handle the construction project. I highly recommend Newton Fire and Flood. It was not only Phil, but his partner Matt, along with James and I can’t say enough good things about Anthony and Alfonzo, who were here everyday, and did an outstanding job.
