Helped me with a complex registration and didn’t have to take a day off to visit dmv. Brad was great to work with. Reasonable fee and fast service.

Called Auto Title Changers to get an idea of fees. The following day, stopped by their place of business. They did not open on time, fees were substantially misrepresented, charged extra for Zelle transfer of funds, and the on-duty employee was not a notary, which is ridiculous for a service of this kind.
I would have been much better off just going to DMV. Live and learn.

I had the best experience ever in obtaining a new and license plates. The professionalism of the manager Esperanza was 5 stars!
So easy. I know I saved 2 hours and a long trip to Evanston. I definitely recommend this office and the manager.
