Lee Baron does terrible business online and I will never spend any money with them as long as they exist. I'll make a super long story short and say I purchased 2 hats on September 10th, 2025, and one hat purchase was canceled before my shipment even went out the door, which I was supposed to be refunded for. Lee Baron never processed the refund, which prompted me to have to file a dispute with my credit card company as Lee Baron blocked all of my communications via Gmail.

I ended up winning my dispute against Lee Baron on January 4th, 2026. Today, March 23rd, 2026, the store owner decided to text my personal phone number accusing me of defrauding their business because I filed a dispute and won because they didn't refund me. I'm still in utter shock they did this. Why are you texting my phone, after 1 am, accusing me of fraud when you literally never processed my refund for the hat I never received? I'm considering filing a BBB complaint against them, because they're extremely unethical and unprofessional.

Upon entering the Huntsville Texas location, our experience was exceptional. We were greeted immediately by the most personable, courteous, accommodating lady. She immediately had the perfect suit into my husband's hands. The suit and the price were perfect. We left the suit to have the pant length altered. We were notified quickly that alterations were complete. When we entered to get the suit, all the staff were waiting to help customers. We quickly had the suit in our hands, and were on our way home. We will definitely be using this as our "go-to " store for Carl's clothing needs. Thank you, Lee Baron for making buying a suit such an awesome experience.
